Building Clustie | March 2026

Getting you to your results, faster.

March was about one thing: removing friction between you and your first result. Here's what changed, what it means and what's coming next.

 

Getting started is now genuinely fast

The most impactful change we shipped in March will be noticed the moment you land on Clustie for the first time. We rebuilt the entire signup and onboarding experience from the ground up.

You can now quickly sign in with Google or Meta, without needing to fill in the traditional registration form. Once in, the setup flow shows you exactly where you are and what's happening in real time, including the data-fetching step where a lot of users were previously left waiting in the dark.

The rate of new users completing setup after selecting a plan improved from 67% (January) to 91% by the end of Q1. That improvement came entirely from removing friction, not from adding prompts, emails, or manual intervention.

We also made the full onboarding flow work on mobile. If you want to get Clustie set up from your phone, you can now do that without hitting a wall halfway through.

Clustie is becoming even more reliable

Alongside the bigger changes, March was our highest-volume bug fix cycle since launch. Some of the most important fixes aren’t visible, but they matter.

  • Campaign visibility: Campaigns now appear immediately after creation. A silent failure where campaigns could be created without ads has been resolved.
  • Session stability: Unstable navigation and redirect behavior after onboarding has been tightened. You should land in the right place, every time.


Built to grow with you

Clustie is Shopify-first today but we're growing it to become data-source agnostic. Under the hood, we're investing in a single platform that centralizes all your data, processes it consistently, and serves it across every part of the product.

What this means for you: as we expand to new channels, new verticals and new data sources, our goal is for Clustie to grow with you without needing to rebuild from scratch each time. The analysis you rely on today will only get richer as more of your marketing stack is connected to it.

 

The signal we care most about

A meaningful share of customers who joined on monthly plans chose to switch to annual subscriptions by the end of Q1. That kind of commitment doesn't come from a good onboarding experience or a smoother UI alone. It comes from seeing real results, with audiences that perform, campaigns that deliver from a product they're willing to bet on for the year ahead. It's the clearest validation signal we have at this stage, and it shapes everything we're building next.

 

April focus: From one-click to live campaign

  • New app foundation: Completing the migration to a fully in-house stack. You won’t notice this directly, but this is what allows us to ship faster and build new features that simply weren't possible in the old setup.
  • One-click audience activation: Direct activation of the 30-day buying intent audience, no setup dependency required. The goal is reaching zero time between onboarding and a live, optimized campaign. If getting to your first Clustie result felt too long before — this is the release to watch.
