Building Clustie | April & May 2026

Foundation set to get smarter audiences in less time

April and May were about building the infrastructure that makes everything else possible, and shipping the features that make Clustie meaningfully more useful from day one.

Clustie is becoming even faster and reliable

Over April and into May, we completed a full migration of Clustie onto our own in-house platform. We know this is something you won’t notice, and that was honestly the goal. What it means for you is that every time we ship something new, the product runs automated checks to make sure your experience remains seamless and effective at all times, without breaking anything you already rely on. The result: a product that gets better every week to give you better results.

Our Sales and Customer Success teams have already called it out: the app is noticeably smoother.

Audiences that explain themselves

The new audience screen is one of the most meaningful product changes we've shipped. Previously, understanding what each audience was, what it represented, and how to act on it often required a conversation with our team. That dependency is now built into the product, bringing more clarity to our customers right from the beginning.

The updated screen shows multiple AI audiences side by side (High-Value Buyers and 30-Day Buying Intent) with clear naming, live status, and per-audience metrics. It's designed to be a decision-support layer: you can see what each audience is doing, how it's performing, and what to do next, without needing anyone to explain it to you.

This also opens the door to every future audience we build, while keeping everything you're already running unchanged.

From audience to live campaign in one click

Once your 30-Day Buying Intent audience is ready, Clustie now surfaces an in-app activation suggestion and notifies you by email. From there, activating it into a full campaign — seed audience, lookalikes, exclusions, and budget caps — takes a single click.

What previously required back-and-forth with our team is now something you can do entirely on your own, in seconds. The goal has always been zero time between a ready audience and a live, optimized campaign. This is the closest we've gotten.

Smarter support, behind the scenes

We're also investing in how our team stays on top of every customer account. We're building an AI-powered campaign analyser that gives our Customer Success team a real-time health view across all accounts, spotting what's working, what needs attention, and what to fix first.

This allows to quickly support our customers at any given moment, with faster and sharper recommendations: less time waiting for a check-in, more proactive guidance on what to adjust and when.

What's next

The foundation is in place. Now we build on it.

The next wave of work is focused on a question we hear constantly: once Clustie is running, how do you know it's working — and what do you do next? We're building toward a product that makes its own impact visible, turns insights into immediate actions, and reaches deeper into your catalogue with audience types we haven't shipped yet.

It's the most ambitious set of features we've planned to date. More soon.
