Building Clustie | February 2026

February Product Update: Better Activation, Faster Time-to-Value

February was a strong execution month for Clustie across both Product and GTM, with clear month-on-month growth in trial generation, paid conversion, and customer base. We continue to see strong market validation, with recurring examples of our audiences performing well across different customer contexts—a clear signal that we are moving in the right direction. This reinforces that recent UX improvements, combined with strong Customer Success and Sales execution, are successfully reducing onboarding friction and accelerating time-to-value.

Optimizing the Self-Serve Journey

On the Product side, our main focus remained the same as in January: improving activation throughout the onboarding journey.

From our earlier onboarding analysis, we identified the biggest drop-off after plan selection at the user creation stage. That made login, onboarding flow, and journey reliability a central priority during February. Our north star targets remain clear: increase plan selected → user created from 67% to 80%, and improve user created → product activated from 50% to 65%.

The Milestone: LTV Audiences on Autopilot

The biggest delivery this month was the new LTV audience operational flow. Previously, Customer Success depended on manual coordination and cross-tool operational work to sync audiences. Now, the model runs on autopilot after onboarding; activation is triggered with a single click, and audiences refresh weekly. This significantly reduces manual effort and shortens the time required for customers to start seeing tangible value.

Insights Evolution & System Stability

We also made meaningful progress on Insights evolution, defining the backend logic to move away from noisy daily alerts toward more reliable trend-based insights with better contextual explanations. Alongside that, we shipped important frontend and reliability improvements focused on journey quality, system stability, and easier debugging.

Removing Activation Bottlenecks

Another important workstream was Social Sign Up & Login (currently in progress), which directly addresses a major activation bottleneck by reducing form friction and ensuring a mobile-friendly experience.

Internally, the launch of the new Admin Panel was another major milestone. It has significantly optimized Customer Success operations and proven to be a faster, more scalable way of shipping through spec-driven development supported by AI.

March Focus: Strategic Clarity & Education

Looking ahead to March, our focus remains on helping customers better understand the value of our audiences through clearer in-product guidance and educational content. This includes our new eBook, 'Shopify Growth Upgraded' in 30 days, whose pragmatic approach we are bringing directly into the Clustie experience to help users scale with strategic confidence.
