Data Engineer

Hybrid, Lisbon (PT)

FULLVENUE is revolutionizing how brands grow through data-driven performance marketing and cutting-edge technology.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager someone analytical, client-focused and ready to blend marketing strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced startup environment. In this role, you’ll manage key client accounts, optimize paid media campaigns and work closely with our data, creative and tech teams to deliver measurable results that fuel global growth.

About you

  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in an agency or performance-focused environment.
  • Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other paid media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills — you can talk data and strategy with clients.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to juggle multiple accounts or projects.
  • Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)

What you’ll do

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring goals and expectations are met
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Analyse performance data to uncover insights and opportunities for growth
  • Coordinate with our internal data, creative, and tech teams to deliver best-in-class marketing solutions
  • Translate client needs into actionable briefs and timelines — and keep projects on track
  • Prepare and present clear reports and recommendations focused on ROI and performance metrics
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and bring innovative ideas to the table
