Clustie's November Update: Stronger foundations for your Shopify store

November was all about strengthening the foundations that help Clustie scale as a Shopify app. We focused on smoother onboarding, clearer insights, and new automation that makes it easier for merchants to activate first-party data and improve performance with AI.

Customer Success ready for scale

As more stores begin Clustie's trial, we've strengthened our Customer Support team to support our customers to get value even faster. Activation time remains under five days, and trial visibility has improved, allowing us to support new users more effectively and ensure they reach their first wins quickly.

We also introduced a new unified performance report that brings clarity to key metrics such as ROAS, AOV and uplift. This helps both our team and our customers understand where predictive audiences work best and which factors influence results.

Introducing Shopify billing for a frictionless experience

This month we launched Shopify native billing, creating a smoother and fully automated subscription experience. This update simplifies Clustie upgrades, renewals and account management, while enabling seamless self-serve installs.

For Shopify stores who install without speaking to our team, we added a phone number field to help us provide proactive support during onboarding.

Turning predictive LTV into a scalable lever

Our predictive LTV audience continues to deliver strong performance results. In November, we moved the model fully into production to ensure it becomes more efficient and scalable. Next month, we’ll complete the automation so the audience runs and syncs to Meta automatically, transforming it into a dependable, always-on growth lever without the need of manual setup.

A clearer product direction

Recent product discovery work confirmed an important learning: Clustie delivers strong outcomes, but stores need more visibility and context throughout the journey, not only on results.

Based on this, our strategy now focuses on:

  • Building a Trust Layer with insight-driven explanations and performance clarity;
  • Making Clustie more modular, so value comes from multiple components, not only audience activation
  • Preparing for behavioural data, unlocking deeper e-Commerce intelligence and smarter audience models

These pillars strengthen Clustie while staying aligned with our mission of helping marketers activate their first-party data and optimize Meta Ads with AI.

What’s coming in December

December will set the tone for the beginning of 2026 for Clustie:

  • The first version of the trust layer;
  • Multi-store support;
  • Full automation of the predictive LTV workflow;
  • Stronger infrastructure to ensure safe testing and faster releases.

Always based on feedback of the Shopify stores that are working with us, Clustie is growing and becoming a more scalable, modular and insight-driven solution for AI for e-Commerce, predictive audiences and first-party data activation.
